I have been providing positive transformations to the physical bodies of my clients for 9 years. In the last 5, I have learned a lot about what causes body disfunctions and a lot of it, not all of it, has to do with things we have control over: mindset.
We hear people say, and even hear ourselves tell others as advice and suggestions:
”You need to be more positive.”
”You need to stop being so negative.”
”You need to change the way you think.”
You need to, you need to, you need to…
But how do you do that? What do you need to do? We know a few things that worked for us, but only just a few, and it may not work for others.
So who, when, where, what, how? Right?? What is the answer to all of this? What can we do to get started? Education about the body can be helpful, first and foremost.
I have created a free ebook you can get, when you subscribe to my website, to get an idea of what functions those are? It is a very quick read that will not take up much time, but also has a suggestion of what you can start with and resources you can get on my website. The resources you can find on my website is still a work in progress, so please have some patience with it. There will be a lot more for you to read, watch, and learn from.
Some of you have heard me talk a lot about things that has everything to do with what I want to share here, already. I want to share EVERYTHING I know and help you take advantage of it.
My new business name is Inner Water Reflection. The tagline is “Redefine You”.
My mission is for you to be able to look at your reflection and love what you see.
My vision is for you to redefine yourself into something you can be proud of.
I will be a life coach to help guide people through their journey to live as their best. Without the perfectionist making them do their best work possible, without their self-talk bring down their vibe and stop any possible progress. I want you to live happy, now.

I personally cannot wait to start this new venture. Part of Inner Water Reflection is writing my books and I am about to start my 4th book. I will soon be done with my third! Hopefully it will be ready for my book launch on the 26th of April! I am getting a little bit worried… It has taken a bit longer than I planned. Writing has become so much fun so much more natural to me. I feel like this is where I belong especially for my no-shame and raw-honesty kind of writing. I feel we need more people who can share without the fear of judgement. And it starts with ME!
Just to be clear, in case you are curious, I will be doing lots of workshops as a life coach to build a base clientele, but I will be ultimately making my platform based online. It makes sense to do that since I am going to Okinawa.
As for your next massage therapist, I have mentioned Erin, who also rents a room at the Chiro office I am currently at, does a phenomenal job. One of my clients got a massage from her 2 weeks ago and also LOVED it. I will have a button below with my email about her and the list of the other massage therapists. Thank you all for sticking with me to the very end.
